In any scenario, where refund is asked for the service provided, due to issue not resolved or issue reoccurred or customer not satisfied, Please call us on800-306-5521before you contact your credit or debit card company.
If in any scenario, where you call your credit or debit card company prior to asking for a refund from us, it may hamper the service contract or services that you might need in future. So we would recommend you to call us on 800-306-5521, and we will definitely take care of your issue or will issue the refund accordingly. For any incident plan, where our technicians are not able to resolve the issue and invoice is with in 7 days of time frame, you will be entitled for a complete refund. If invoice is older than 7 days, no refund would be possible however support would be provided on base of customer scenario and case to case basis.
For any time subscription plan, like 3 months, 6 months, 1 or 2 years, refund would be possible only within first 30 days of purchase of plan. After 30 days refund will not be possible. With in first 30 days, if initial issue is resolved and no other issue is pending, then the refund calculation will be as followed :--
Refund = Total Amount paid –( Single incident fee + 30% of Total Amount paid ).
For any kind of software or product refund, the refund will be possible within first 15 days of purchase only. Refund would be followed as: Refund= Total Amount paid –( 30% of Total Amount Paid ) If any customer, who has purchased a clubbed package of services and products, then refund wouldbe followed as: Refund: Total Amount paid –( Single Incident fee + Product price if activated + 20% Cancellation fee of Total Amount Paid). Refunds only are accepted, when any of the following criterias are met.
All the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active The issue is out of scope for the particular plan With in 20 days since an account was created by our Technician. There has not been a closed ticket or resolved issue in the past for unlimited plans.

In connection with obtaining Services, you must agree that your Cooperation with the technician. We will make our best efforts to resolve your issue in limited time. Our experience shows that most issues can be corrected as a result of close cooperation between you. You have the responsibility to protect your account from unauthorized use. Never share your login information If you believe your account has been compromised. You have responsibility for the security of your programs and data.
You may not copy and/or distribute proprietary software without the software owners permission. Possession or use of illegally copied software is prohibited; all software must be appropriately acquired and used according to the specific licensing. To ensure protection of data and resources, useractivity may be monitored, intercepted, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorities.

Account, Password, and Security : you must complete the Registration Process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by and required under the applicable Registration Form. You also choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

If your product is under warranty, the repair service may be available free from the vendor.
